Recently, the USTER was presented with and email from a larger micronation, located within the Republic of China, near Taipei, called the Forwardist Republic of Eastasia. It went like this:

After learning about your political alignment, I'm interested in inviting you to the New Micronations Internationale, an intermicronational organization for leftists.(Search for us on Microfandom)If you see this message, please reply as soon as possible and let us know if you accept or not.

We responded saying that we'd be happy to join, and asked about what membership entails. After a few days, there was no response. We have since sent 6 push notifications over two months, but no response. It appears there's been no change on Eastasia's microfandom page as well. So what happened to Eastasia?
